Format for Notebooks

Due Dates: October 14^th & January 13th

Your Notebook should include these item and must be in the following order

·        Cover Sheet – Should include your name, my name and the name of the Class

·        The Syllabus

·        Assignment Sheet (filled out and up to date)

·        Notes (In chronological order)

o       I require that you take notes during lectures, discussions, videos, etc.

·        Graded Work (In chronological order)

o       Include the thinking questions, textbook assignments, current events, etc. You do not have to include larger assignments like essays and projects.

Value of Assignment

·        20 points possible

o       5 points for Cover Sheet, Syllabus, and Assignment Sheet.

o       8 for notes

o       7 for graded work
